Over the years, Alison has successfully risen through various leadership roles, including Area Care Manager and Contract and Monitoring Manager, where she was responsible for overseeing service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing multidisciplinary teams. Her strong leadership was pivotal in liaising with local authorities, addressing staff training needs, and crafting care plans that aligned with best practices and evolving legislation. In these roles, Alison demonstrated her ability to streamline operations, ensuring that services were both high quality and cost-effective, while continually focusing on client well-being.
