Our Values
Appreciation
Have an Attitude of Gratitude
We count on you to notice the good around you— whether it’s a small win, a kind gesture, or the effort someone puts in. A simple “thank you” can brighten someone’s day and create the kind of workplace where people feel valued and respected. And above all, be kind— because kindness makes everything better.
Beyond Expectation
Find The Way
We ask you to go beyond “just enough” and look for ways to make things better. If there’s a problem, be part of the solution. If there’s an obstacle, find a way around it. Great service comes from a mindset of making things happen, not just getting things done.
Attitude
Be Phenomenal
We count on you to bring the right energy to every task, every challenge, and every interaction. A great attitude isn’t just about staying positive— it’s about being proactive, finding solutions, and always striving to do better.
Culture of Discipline
Disciplined People, Disciplined Thought, Disciplined Action
We need you to show up with focus and follow through on what needs to be done. It’s not about working harder— it’s about working smarter, staying organised, and making sure every action moves us forward in the right way.
Integrity
Walk the Walk
Doing what’s right isn’t just about following rules— it’s about being honest, reliable, and keeping your word. We ask you to be someone others can trust, take responsibility when things go wrong, and always act in a way that reflects who we are as a company.
Inclusiveness
Celebrate and Empower
We need you to make sure everyone —colleagues and clients alike— feels seen, heard, and valued. Respect differences, listen with an open mind, and support each other. Being inclusive isn’t just about fairness— it’s about kindness, too. A strong team isn’t just about working together— it’s about lifting each other up.

Marianne Shelley
Registered Manager
Marianne Shelley is a highly experienced care professional with a strong track record of managing large teams, overseeing high-volume services, and delivering hands-on support across a wide range of complex care settings. She has led services delivering over 1,600 hours of care per week, supported more than 60 clients, and managed teams of 70+ care staff—bringing structure, accountability, and warmth to every aspect of service delivery.
Marianne’s leadership spans both established care organisations and new service setups. She has built operations from the ground up—recruiting, training, and mentoring carers, coordinating personalised support packages, and working closely with local authorities, safeguarding teams, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure seamless care. She is deeply familiar with the regulatory and operational expectations of services across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, and Powys.
She holds a QCF Level 4/5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, is a Medicines Management Community Assessor, and a qualified trainer in manual handling, medication, and emergency first aid. Her compliance knowledge includes managing full-service audits, medication governance, care planning, SCW registration, risk assessment reviews, and quality assurance. She is also trusted to support new professionals entering the sector, regularly leading induction training and mentoring new Health Care Support Workers.
Marianne’s passion for care is matched by her strong grasp of systems and structure. She has implemented effective governance matrices to monitor care quality, ensure continuity, and support carers with professional development. Her experience covers everything from hospital-to-home transitions to highly personalised care for individuals living with Parkinson’s, MND, palliative needs, and complex mobility conditions.
Calm, practical, and values-led, Marianne is trusted by families, professionals, and staff alike. Her approach is simple: treat people the way we’d all want our own loved ones to be treated—with respect, reliability, and genuine care.

Jatin K.
Responsible Individual
Jatin was appointed Responsible Individual based on his strong track record of managing complex operations and his ability to bring structure, compliance, and quality assurance to regulated service delivery. With over 25 years of experience across finance, insurance, legal contract management, robotic process automation, and technology integration, Jatin offers a rare combination of strategic oversight and ground-level operational know-how—skills that are critical in the home care sector.
His academic background includes an MSc in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance, both of which underpin his analytical approach to managing high-risk, regulated environments. He has led large-scale projects involving SaaS implementation, RPA integration, and cross-functional team management, and has worked extensively with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, and AdobeSign. These capabilities are increasingly valuable as care services adopt more efficient and accountable ways of working.
Jatin’s leadership style focuses on setting up systems that ensure quality, transparency, and safety—while allowing care professionals to do what they do best without unnecessary complexity. Prior to joining the care sector, he held senior roles in companies like SirionLabs and Chargebacks911, where he was responsible for streamlining operations across multiple geographies and functions.
Although his background lies outside traditional healthcare, Jatin’s decision to take on the RI role was shaped by his close proximity to the sector through his family and a clear recognition of how much opportunity exists to strengthen care through better systems and oversight. His grounding in Lean Six Sigma and experience with CMMI Level 4 operational models bring additional rigour to how care is monitored and improved.
As RI, Jatin remains focused on ensuring that the care delivered is not only compliant but also consistent, human, and thoughtfully structured—built on the belief that good care rests equally on empathy and effective management.

Team
Our Committed Carers
At the heart of our service is a team of people who didn’t just choose care—they were drawn to it because they care deeply. Many have supported loved ones of their own and bring that same empathy into every home they visit. We don’t just look for qualifications—we look for heart. Because in this work, kindness, patience, and trust matter just as much as skill.
Everyone on our team is here for a reason. They’ve shown—through their actions—that they’re willing to go the extra mile: offering a steady hand, listening without rushing, and treating those they care for with the same respect they’d offer their own family. This isn’t just a job for them. It’s something they believe in.
We know how hard it is to trust someone with the care of someone you love. That’s why we take every possible step to make sure those who represent us are not only trained and capable, but also genuinely compassionate. Every carer is carefully selected, thoroughly vetted, and continuously supported with hands-on supervision and training.
When you welcome one of our team into your home, you’re getting more than just care—you’re getting someone who understands what it means to feel safe, valued, and supported.
Our comprehensive vetting process includes:
Skills Verification | Professional Reference Checks | Mandatory Training | Criminal Record Checks | Competences | Work Aptitude | Employment Eligibility | Employment History | Personal Reference Checks | Face to Face Interview | Education History | Care Experience
