Competitive Wages: Our wages are well above the National Minimum Wage, reflecting our commitment to fairly compensating our staff for their valuable contributions. With rates ranging from £12.50 to £22 per hour, we are proud to be among the top payers in the care industry.
Incentive Scheme: Acknowledging our commitment to employee motivation and recognition, we utilise the Care Friends app incentive scheme to reward and incentivise our staff for their exceptional performance.
Generous Allocation of Travel Time: We ensure that our staff have ample travel time and call durations, allowing them to provide care in an unhurried manner and spend quality time with clients.
Travel Compensation: Staff are compensated for travel time and offered a mileage allowance, easing the financial burden of commuting. You will be paid upwards of £15/hour basis 30 pence/mile and £9/hour.
Registration Fee Coverage: We cover the registration fees for all staff with Social Care Wales, facilitating their professional development and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Completion Bonus: Upon successful completion of probation, we award a £250 bonus to recognise and appreciate our staff's dedication and commitment.
Blue Light Card: All staff members receive a Blue Light card, providing them with access to discounts and offers from various retailers and service providers.
