Hardik Navadiya

Hardik chose to move into care because he wanted to work in a role where he could make a real difference to people’s day-to-day lives. Over the past two and a half years, he has supported patients and residents across both hospital and care home settings in the UK, gaining practical experience while building a calm and dependable approach to care.

At The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust, Hardik worked closely with clinical teams, assisting with observations such as blood pressure and vital signs, preparing equipment for procedures, supporting infection control, and helping ensure the unit ran smoothly for each patient. Working in a busy hospital environment strengthened his attention to detail and his ability to stay focused while offering reassurance to those who may feel anxious or unwell.

In care home settings, he has supported residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines, always with an emphasis on dignity and independence. He is comfortable communicating with families, updating care records, and working as part of a wider team to ensure consistent, safe support.

Before entering healthcare, Hardik spent several years in engineering and technical roles. That background shaped his organised, methodical way of working — something that now supports him in delivering care that is careful, structured, and reliable.

Hardik holds a full UK driving licence and brings a steady, team-focused mindset to his role. He believes good care is about being present, respectful, and attentive — doing the small things properly so people feel safe, supported, and valued.
